Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on slime, squishies, slime-making kits, party bundles, or custom orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear in your account.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
