Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This includes custom orders and party bundles unless a different processing time is listed in the product description.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies only to products or bundles specifically advertised with free shipping. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time, and delivery dates are estimates.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your package arrives damaged, goes missing, or has another shipping issue, contact us through our store’s contact page with your order number so we can help. For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging.
